Jonker Honda is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

This position is primarily Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with additional weekday hours on an as-needed basis.

The Service Department is closed on Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with people, can stay organized in a busy environment, and takes pride in providing a excellent customer experience.

Qualifications and skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Natural ability to engage with customers and build rapport
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software




- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Quick learner who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or automotive experience is an asset, but not required
