We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. The Service

Advisor will be responsible for managing vehicle repairs, providing accurate estimates, and upselling additional services to maximise customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their vehicle concerns
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repair work with the service team
- Provide clear explanations of required repairs and maintenance to customers
- Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining honesty and integrity
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns




- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Mechanical knowledge or experience in automotive services is highly desirable
- Proven ability in upselling services while maintaining customer trust
- Competent in cash handling with attention to detail during transactions
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
