Rock Country Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. We're a third-generation, family-owned dealer group built around five things: Excellence, Integrity, Development, Community, and Consistency. We're Driven by Excellence.

You'll work closely with customers and technicians to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, provide clear updates, and help ensure customers have a professional and straightforward service experience.

What You'll Do

- Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle service and repairs.
- Discuss repair and maintenance requirements with automotive technicians.
- Recommend appropriate maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history.
- Schedule service and repair appointments.
- Manage work orders and coordinate communication between customers and technicians, honestly, every time.
- Monitor vehicle progress and provide timely customer updates, the same standard for every customer.
- Explain completed work and associated charges.




- Maintain accurate records using computerized work-order systems.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.

- Valid driver's licence is required.
