About the Role

Standard Mechanical Systems is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our Head Office team in Mississauga. In this rapid-paced role, you will serve as the central hub of our daily operations—connecting our clients, internal teams, and field technicians to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Answer incoming service calls, resolve inquiries, and provide frontline support to clients and internal departments.

Work Order Management: Create, update, and close client-specific work orders across various customer portals.

Operational Dispatching: Route urgent service requests efficiently to minimize downtime and meet client deadlines.

Qualifications you will need to succeed…

Experience: Prior dispatching experience in the HVAC, mechanical, or construction trades is highly preferred.

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. Experience with the Sampro Enterprise System is a major asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
