ProxyLink is hiring a ServiceNow Specialist on behalf of a leading enterprise client. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) professional with strong expertise in Release Management, Digital Product Release Management (DPRM), enterprise integrations, and ITSM governance .
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, implementing, and continuously improving ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise-wide release planning, governance, scheduling, risk management, deployment coordination, and post-release activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) solutions aligned with enterprise ITSM and Release Management objectives.
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow capabilities, including:
- Workflows and Flow Designer
- Business Rules and Client Scripts
- Forms, fields, and UI policies
- Notifications and approvals
- Dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Roles, access controls, and other platform configurations
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, including Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and other enterprise applications .
- Leverage ServiceNow APIs and integration technologies to enable reliable data exchange, process automation, and end-to-end visibility across enterprise technology environments.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, process gaps, and operational requirements.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions .
- Assess current-state Release Management and ITSM processes and develop future-state processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and continuous-improvement roadmaps .
- Establish and enhance enterprise Release Management governance , including:
- Release planning and intake
- Release calendars and scheduling
- Release readiness assessments
- Risk and impact assessments
- Dependency identification and management
- Deployment coordination
- Change coordination
- Post-release reviews and lessons learned
- Partner with application, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, project/program management, and business teams to coordinate complex enterprise releases.
- Support the complete ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution architecture/design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement .
- Participate in functional and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and support defect resolution through implementation and production.
- Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, process maps, configuration documentation, training materials, user guides, and knowledge-transfer resources.
- Provide guidance and subject-matter expertise on ITIL, ITSM, Release Management, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and enterprise service-management best practices .
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, standardization, reporting, governance, and overall Release Management maturity.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong qualified experience with ServiceNow and enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) , with a focus on Release Management and/or Digital Product Release Management.
- Demonstrated experience assessing current-state ITSM processes and developing future-state:
- ITSM operating models
- Governance frameworks
- Process improvements
- Service management practices
- Standardized workflows and controls
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using APIs, integration technologies, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with DPRM, Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and other enterprise systems .
- Demonstrated experience establishing, implementing, or supporting enterprise Release Management governance , including:
- Release planning
- Release scheduling
- Enterprise release calendars
- Risk and impact assessments
- Dependency management
- Deployment coordination
- Release readiness
- Post-release reviews
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and how releases and changes impact interconnected technology services, including cloud services, network infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity controls, telecommunications, collaboration platforms, and information management technologies .
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and communicate complex ServiceNow and ITSM concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex processes, multiple technology teams, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Required Certification:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ( CSA )

- Experience working across large-scale enterprise technology environments, including:

- Experience developing and implementing enterprise Release Management operating models and governance frameworks .
- Experience establishing Release Management maturity models, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Experience with DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, automated deployment, and modern software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and enterprise service-management transformation initiatives.
- Additional relevant ServiceNow certifications or implementation experience are an asset.
What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow SME and strategic ITSM professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements, technical configuration, enterprise governance, and operational execution.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with senior stakeholders while also understanding the technical details required to configure and integrate ServiceNow effectively. You should be able to assess an existing environment, identify opportunities for improvement, design practical solutions, and help drive those solutions through implementation and adoption.
