Precise Plumbing & Drains Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Plumber with a minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues, completing service calls, performing installations and repairs, and providing professional customer service. We are looking for someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Troubleshoot plumbing, drainage, and water-related problems
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures, valves, pumps, and piping
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer-related service work
- Complete plumbing inspections and provide recommendations to homeowners
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain required repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete work safely and according to applicable plumbing codes and company standards
- Accurately document completed work and materials used
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
- Strong residential service plumbing experience
- Ability to diagnose problems and determine the appropriate repair
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and handle plumbing equipment and materials
- Ontario plumbing licence is an asset
