POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced Service Writer

We are currently seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our in-house sales and service team at our Lac Du Bonnet location. Our sales and service team is comprised of experienced professionals who specialize in marine and powersports.

Brief Summary of the Position's Primary Responsibilities

- Greet customers and document service and repair needs accurately.
- Write up repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations.
- Communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates to customers.




- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and track work.
- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs and costs.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate equipment drop-off/pick-up.
- Review completed work orders and explain repairs to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support service department sales.

Required Experience, Education and Qualifications

- Required: Minimum of 3 years of service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
- Required: A Valid Class 5F driver's license.
- Required: Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Required: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
