We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.

- Train recent staff on restaurant procedures, and customer service expectations.

- Enforce safety standards within the kitchen and dining areas to prevent accidents or violations.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and tact.





- Support restaurant management in implementing operational improvements and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in service roles within the restaurant industry.

- Previous supervising or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example.

- Familiarity with restaurant management practices, including inventory control and staff training.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional communication and team-building skills.

- Experience with bartender duties or serving roles is a plus.

- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
