We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Shift Operations Manager and Reporter to lead our shift changes and creating shift summaries' reports in our treatment centre where we provide support to kids with mental health disorders. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily clint activities, ensure adherence to schedules' plans, and drive continuous process improvements. Your leadership will foster a safe, efficient, and collaborative environment, empowering teams to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate shift , ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Lead and motivate production teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Create Summarized Reports from the shift notes.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows,
identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Social Worker, or Addiction and Mental Health Worker.
- Computer literacy.
- Full-G Ontario Driver's license.
