Remember Me Roofing is looking for an experienced Shingle Roofing Installer to join its Ottawa field team. This role is for a dependable, safety-minded roofer who can complete quality sloped-roof installations efficiently, work well with a crew, and treat every customer's home and property with care.

Key Responsibilities

- Remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof decks for installation
- Install underlayment, ice and water protection, drip edge, flashing, vents, and asphalt shingles
- Complete roof repairs and replace damaged materials as directed
- Use ladders, fall-protection systems, hand tools, and power tools safely
- Inspect work areas and report deck damage or installation concerns to the foreman
- Protect landscaping, siding, driveways, and other customer property
- Load, stage, and organize materials safely and efficiently
- Keep the site clean throughout the day and participate in final cleanup

Qualifications

- Professional residential shingle roofing experience required
- Knowledge of sloped-roof installation methods, flashing, and ventilation




- Comfort working at heights and performing physically demanding outdoor work
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and use roofing tools safely
- Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow direction
- Good teamwork and respectful communication
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to assigned job sites throughout Ottawa and surrounding communities are required
- Ability to understand and communicate jobsite instructions and safety information in English.

Pay and Benefits

- Full-time, permanent employment
- Pay:CA$27.00-CA$35.00 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated skill

- Opportunity to work with an established, quality-focused Ottawa contractor
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, with start times and hours varying based on project schedules and weather conditions. Occasional overtime may be required.
