We have an immediate opportunity and are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Shipper-Receiver (SR) at our Adelaide Store (Winnipeg).

Ideally the applicant has no problem standing for long periods or climbing up and down stairs as part of their daily routine. Your Duties:

· Receiving shipments, breaking down pallets, verifying documentation, confirming delivery order contents.

· Computer & Data entry

· Updating tracking information for receiving and delivery packages

· Coordinate courier pick-ups and deliveries

· Keeping track of shipping and receiving documentation

· Preparing orders for shipping (boxing, sorting, measuring, etc.)

· Put away inventory, prepare for store transfers (picking, scanning, labeling, etc.)

· Picking stock for retail store requests (special retail and customer orders)

Your Qualifications:

· Strong attention to detail

· Reliable attendance and punctuality

· Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

· Willing to learn with a positive attitude and open to feedback

· Willing to follow procedures

· Comfortable performing repetitive tasks as required

· At least 1 years of experience in a warehouse setting

· At least 1 years of shipping and distribution experience

· Able to lift items up to 50 lbs as well as long periods of standing

· Able to climb up and down stairs repeatedly

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)

· Strong time management and organization skills

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

· Valid and clear driver’s license would be an asset
