Duties

- Receive incoming shipments by accurately unloading trucks using forklifts or reach trucks, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders or packing lists, maintaining precise records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly for delivery or transfer.
- Load products onto trucks or containers efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety standards are met.
- Conduct inventory counts and update warehouse distribution records to maintain accurate stock levels within AS400 or similar systems.
- Assist with order picking and packing for e-commerce orders,



ensuring timely fulfillment with attention to quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures during load & unload activities and warehouse operations.

Requirements

- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes.
- Valid forklift certification with experience operating forklifts and reach trucks safely.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar inventory software.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment quantities.
- Experience with order picking, order fulfillment, and packaging for various product types.
- Ability to load & unload trucks efficiently while following safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
