We are a Steel Manufacturing Plant located in Stoney Creek, Ontario. We custom fabricate to the Clients specification. We are CWB and ISO Certified.

We are searching for a smart and hard-working team player that welcomes challenges. This position primarily works in the plant, loading and unloading trucks of steel materials (average load would be 5,000 pounds). It is a shipping and receiving role, which will include paperwork to ensure materials are inventoried in a timely manner.

In addition, there is an inspection of product component to ensure it is up to our quality standards before it leaves our premises. Inventory control and other duties is also a component of this position. A full will be made available at time of hire.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE MOVING STEEL WITH A FORKLIFT. 2 years of experience moving steel would be of high value. Current or previous Forklift Certification an asset.

This is a Monday to Friday position – attendance is of the upmost importance.

Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with order picking processes and procedures
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
