About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include:

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily shipping schedules and dispatch procedures;
- Coordinate with other departments and supply chain units for seamless operations;
- Communicate with third-party haulage companies and customers;
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate dispatch records;
- Prepare reports (progress, fuel, etc.)



and shipping documents for next-day deliveries;
- Quickly resolve shipping-related issues to maintain service quality;
- Perform other duties as required to support the shipping department.

About You - The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- French is a strong asset;
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace is an asset;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Team player with initiative and autonomy.

- The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.Full insurance coverage (health, dental, and vision) from day one;
