Job Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving Team Member is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, material handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Responsibilities may vary from day to day based on operational needs and may include working in the warehouse receiving and processing materials, picking and packing orders, or operating as a delivery driver to transport goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup with accuracy and efficiency
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and securely
- Drive and deliver orders along assigned routes
- Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Full-time availability (8 hours per day), five days per week, plus one Saturday morning per month on a rotating basis




- Ontario Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent
- Valid G2 driver’s license with a clean driving record and no recent accidents

Work Conditions:

- Work location: On-site at warehouse facility and/or driving delivery routes to customer locations
- Work environment includes warehouse conditions and regular driving

Physical Demands:

- Regularly lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift or move/shift up to 75 pounds (hand carts and lift trucks are provided)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching
- Climb stairs and step ladders as required
- Full range of motion required to select and retrieve items from low to overhead shelving
- Extended periods of sitting while driving, including prolonged gripping of the steering wheel

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour
