We are seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Helper / 310 Apprentice or Experienced Truck Mechanic to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Assist with routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs of trucks, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to perform mechanical tasks accurately
- Support the disassembly and assembly of components using schematics and technical manuals
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, cranes, or other industrial machinery as needed under supervision
- Conduct light welding, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance




- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist senior mechanics with diagnosing issues using schematics and technical documentation

Qualifications

- Prior dealership experience or hands-on work with heavy machinery is preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance
- Experience operating forklifts, excavators, cranes, or other heavy machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and welding techniques is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
