Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and replace siding materials such as vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or metal siding on various building exteriors.
- Perform flat roofing tasks including installation, flashing, waterproofing, and repairs to ensure durable and weather-resistant roofs.
- Use hand tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure siding and roofing components according to project specifications.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Apply caulking around seams, joints, and flashings to prevent water infiltration and improve insulation.




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with siding installation or roofing projects in a construction setting Is a plus but willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings accurately Is a plus.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing joints and seams.
- Construction experience that demonstrates attention to detail and safety compliance.
