Position: Sign Installer

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hourly wage: $25- $30

Work hour: 35-40 hours/week

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Weekend and weeknight availability

Work location:

· Office: 4189 McConnell Drive, Burnaby

· Various job sites throughout the Lower Mainland

About the Roll:

Influence Signs is seeking an experienced sign fabricator & installer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in producing and installing a variety of custom signs including illuminated signage, vinyl graphics, wall murals, privacy films, and more.

Responsibilities·

- Fabricate signs using a variety of tools and materials (acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, etc.)
- Install signage on buildings, walls, windows, and vehicles
- Read and interpret technical drawings and production files
- Operate equipment including CNC router, vinyl plotter, laminator, and power tools




- Perform electrical wiring for illuminated signage (channel letters, LED cabinets)
- Load/unload materials and safely transport signs to job sites
- Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications & Skills

- 2+ years of experience in sign fabrication and/or installation
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and sign production equipment
- Ability to work from ladders and elevated platforms
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (driver’s abstract may be requested)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with electrical sign wiring is an asset
- Fall protection and lift certifications are a bonus (or willing to obtain)
