New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Site Lead / Senior Project Manager to lead the onboarding and activation of healthcare sites onto an eReferral and eOrder platform and support the delivery of digital health initiatives across a growing provincial portfolio.

The Site Lead / Senior Project Manager will work closely with Site Facilitators, Intake Coordinators, clinicians, healthcare sites, vendors, and provincial stakeholders to coordinate site activations, manage project delivery, and ensure a successful onboarding experience for healthcare providers. The successful candidate will lead multiple initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, risks, scope, schedules, financials, and project documentation, and contribute to the delivery of digital health solutions across the provincial healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead healthcare site onboarding and activation projects, coordinating activities to achieve project objectives within established timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, vendors, health authorities, government stakeholders, and other healthcare partners to support successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites and maintain strong working relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Coordinate and chair project meetings, facilitate communication among project resources, and document findings, decisions, and recommendations.
- Identify, assess, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.




- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and relevant governance committees.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, schedules, decisions, risks, issues, and project records.
- Manage project scope changes and obtain required approvals.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, risks, issues, schedules, and deliverables.
- Escalate significant project issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Perform project management activities in accordance with established PMO standards.
- Manage multiple Agile projects and priorities simultaneously while adapting to changing project requirements.
- Support additional site deployments, activations, new service delivery initiatives, and other projects within the digital health portfolio as required.

Requirements

- 5+ years of recent, related experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Experience delivering digital solutions to healthcare sites.
- Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously.




- Experience facilitating consultation and engagement with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including vendors.
- Extensive experience communicating and collaborating with clinical staff, non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of how technologies and digital solutions integrate within a healthcare ecosystem to deliver services.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple concurrent tasks and projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs, priorities, and delivery environments.
- PMP designation is preferred.
- Experience working within BC Health Authorities is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR/CIS systems is considered a robust asset.
- Education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, project management, or a related discipline, including experience leading and coordinating all aspects of projects.
