Current Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Site Lead / Senior Project Manager to lead the onboarding and activation of healthcare clinics and sites onto a provincial eReferral and eOrder platform.

The Site Lead / Senior Project Manager will work closely with Site Facilitators, Intake Coordinators, clinicians, healthcare sites, health authorities, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate site activations and ensure a successful onboarding experience for providers. The successful candidate will manage project scope, timelines, risks, financials, stakeholder relationships, and project documentation while supporting multiple delivery initiatives within a growing digital health portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Lead healthcare site onboarding and activation projects, coordinating activities to achieve project objectives within established timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, health authorities, government stakeholders, vendors, and other partners to support successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sites, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and open communication throughout onboarding.
- Coordinate and chair project meetings, facilitate communication across project resources, and document findings, decisions, recommendations, and action items.
- Identify, assess, track, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
- Provide regular project status updates to leadership and relevant governance committees.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, schedules, risks, issues, decisions, and records.
- Manage project scope changes and coordinate required approvals.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, schedules, issues, and risks.
- Escalate significant issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.




- Perform project management activities in accordance with established PMO standards and practices.
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities while adapting to changing project needs across the digital health delivery portfolio.

Requirements

- 5+ years of recent, related experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Experience delivering digital solutions to healthcare sites, including project management and facilitating consultation with a wide range of stakeholder groups and vendors.
- Extensive experience communicating and working with clinical and non-clinical staff, senior leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of how technology solutions integrate within a broader healthcare ecosystem to deliver services.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple concurrent tasks and initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements, priorities, and delivery needs.
- PMP designation is preferred.
- Previous experience working with BC Health Authorities is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of OceanMD and EMR/CIS systems is considered a strong asset.
- Education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, project management, or a related discipline, with experience leading and coordinating all aspects of projects.
