High-Rise Construction Superintendent. We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Construction Superintendent to lead the onsite delivery of a high-rise construction project in Ontario. The successful candidate will have at least five years of Superintendent experience and demonstrated experience managing a high-rise project through the full construction lifecycle, from mobilization and excavation through occupancy and closeout. Pay: $100,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Manage short-term schedules, site logistics and trade sequencing to keep the project on track.
- Monitor progress and resolve site issues, delays and conflicts.
- Oversee major construction phases, including structure, envelope, building systems, finishes and turnover.
- Review drawings and specifications and coordinate RFIs, changes and constructability issues with the project team.
- Maintain strong standards for safety, quality, documentation and housekeeping.
- Coordinate inspections, occupancy requirements, deficiencies and project closeout.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, consultants, clients and trades.
- Provide leadership and direction to site staff.

Qualifications

- Minimum five years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on high-rise projects.
- Experience completing at least one high-rise project from mobilization through occupancy and closeout.




- Strong knowledge of concrete high-rise construction, sequencing and trade coordination.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act and applicable regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence.
