- Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, trim, flooring, minor plumbing )
- Complete punch-list and finishing work
- Assist with restoration rebuild projects
- Maintain clean and secure job sites
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of hands-on repair or construction experience
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Own basic tools (preferred)




- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
