Job Summary

Maxima Walls and Ceilings Ltd. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in drywall and steel-stud framing.

The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, monitor project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and to the required quality standards. This position requires strong field leadership, construction knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily work on the job site and follow safety rules and company guidelines.
- Use project software like ProCore to track work and keep records.
- Help manage the project budget and control costs.
- Read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Check work to make sure it meets quality standards.
- Work with project managers to plan project timelines and estimates.




- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to get materials on time.
- Keep daily records of job progress.
- Support and train on-site staff and encourage teamwork.

Requirements
- Experience supervising drywall and steel framing projects.
- Able to use construction management software.
- Can read and understand blueprints.
- Knows how to check for quality in construction work.
- Good communication skills to work with teams, clients, and others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
