About the Role

This is a hybrid role (mostly work-from-home with occasional in-person meetings or content shoots in Calgary).

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll manage client social media accounts, create engaging content, and ensure all marketing efforts are cohesive with other initiatives happening across the agency. You’ll play a key role in shaping how local businesses show up online — with creativity, consistency, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and schedule social media content for multiple clients.
- Approve content created by team members
- Write engaging captions that reflect each client’s unique voice.
- Plan and maintain content calendars using scheduling tools.
- Monitor and engage with audiences — comments, messages, and community building.
- Track analytics and performance metrics,



and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the design, SEO, and paid ads teams to ensure messaging consistency.
- Stay current on social trends, features, and best practices.

What You Bring

- Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with local or family-run businesses.
