Nutrition Nectar Group Ltd. is a Vancouver-based startup developing personalized hydration and nutrition products supported by digital technology. We are looking for two Software Developers to support the development of our first-year MVP and digital platform foundation.

This role will help build the platform features needed for user onboarding, nutrition and lifestyle input collection, personalized hydration profiles, recommendation logic, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

- Develop web or mobile platform features for onboarding, profile creation, and user input collection.
- Build backend systems, APIs, databases, and internal tools.
- Support personalized hydration profiles and product recommendation logic.
- Work with the Nutritionist and product team to translate nutrition requirements into platform features.
- Support questionnaire flows, dashboards, admin tools, and early personalization features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Test features, fix bugs, and support MVP improvements.
- Help ensure secure and privacy-aware handling of user information.

Qualifications

- Degree, diploma, bootcamp training,



or equivalent practical experience in Software Development, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Experience with modern web or mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of frontend and/or backend development, databases, APIs, and version control.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with a small team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Nice to Have

- Experience with health-tech, food-tech, wellness apps, nutrition platforms, AI-enabled tools, or recommendation systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, authentication, secure user data handling, and API integrations.
- Interest in wellness, nutrition, personalized products, or consumer health technology.

Pay: $105,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
