Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Implementation, Legal Technology, Product Specialist, or similar consultative client-facing roles.
- Experience supporting in-house legal departments or law firms.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with proven follow-through.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting law firms or in-house legal teams.
- Experience delivering software demonstrations or scoping pilots.
- SharePoint, CRM, or knowledge management platform experience.
- Experience providing product feedback and driving process improvements.





Our client is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as the bridge between clients, Product, and Technology teams. This individual will lead discovery conversations, gather and document business requirements, coordinate client communications, support product demonstrations and pilots, and ensure client feedback is translated into actionable solutions. The role is highly consultative, client-facing, and focused on driving strong customer outcomes while improving internal processes and operational efficiency
