About Sportball
Sportball is a methodology-based, multi-sport program for children ages 16 months to 9 years. Our goal is simple: help kids fall in love with movement and sport through fun, confidence, and positive coaching.
We run structured, high-energy classes focused on fundamentals, not competition. If you care about kids, energy, and sport, you'll fit right in.
The Role
We're hiring enthusiastic, playful, and reliable coaches to join our Victoria team for Summer & beyond.
This role is ideal for students or grads in:
- Education
- Kinesiology
- Recreation
- Child & Youth Care
- Or anyone who loves working with kids and sport
What You'll Do
- Coach fun, structured classes including Multi-Sport, Soccer, and T-Ball/Baseball fundamentals
- Teach age-appropriate skills across 10 sports (full training provided - no experience needed)
- Work with a wide range of ages, from toddlers with parents to independent 9-year-olds
- Lead groups with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Follow Sportball lesson plans
Note: Classes run outdoors in Spring, Summer, and early Fall, then transition indoors for the Fall & Winter. Access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Pay & Hours:
- $19–$30/class based on experience
- Birthday Parties $50-$125/hour
- 6–20 hours/week
- Opportunities to grow into Lead Coach and higher-hour roles

Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
