Speed-to-Lead — Fractional CallerWe're looking for someone who can make quick, friendly follow-up calls to warm inbound leads who have just contacted our relationship counselling service.

The JobWhen someone submits their information through our website, they are immediately given the opportunity to book a free relationship assessment with our Senior Program Coordinator.

If they don't book themselves, you'll receive their contact information.

Your job is straightforward

Call them, ideally within 10 minutes of receiving the lead, and help them get an assessment booked on the calendar.

This is not cold calling and it's not high-pressure sales.

The person has already contacted us and asked for information. We're adding a human connection while their interest is still fresh.

Typical volume is approximately 3–5 new leads per day.

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has excellent, natural spoken English
- Is personable, mature and comfortable speaking with couples
- Has a calm, professional phone manner
- Can respond quickly when a lead comes in
- Is generally available for agreed coverage periods between 10am and 10pm ET
- Is comfortable doing fractional/on-call work alongside other work
- Can reliably record the outcome of each contact attempt

You do not need to counsel the client or conduct the assessment. Your role is simply to make contact,



answer basic logistical questions and help interested couples get booked.

How It Works

1. A prospective client submits their information on our website.
2. Their contact information is automatically verified.
3. They are immediately offered the opportunity to book their own appointment.
4. If they don't book within the designated period, you receive the lead.
5. You call the prospective client.
6. If appropriate, you book their free assessment directly into our calendar.
7. You log the outcome of the call.

We provide the process, basic script, booking system and instructions. CompensationThis is paid fractional work.

You are compensated for contact attempts and paid more when an appointment is booked.
