In the Staff Technologist role, you will plan and coordinate accreditation assessments for ISO 15189 Plus™.
Your contributions are crucial in enhancing patient safety and optimizing quality management across diagnostic services. Engage regularly with stakeholders and lead initiatives in the accreditation landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct medical laboratory accreditation assessments
- Analyze submitted evidence and corrective actions
- Revise accreditation requirements as necessary
- Initiate process improvements in accreditation practices
- Collaborate in meetings with various stakeholders Requirements:
- Must hold MLT designation and be in positive standing
- At least 5 years of Laboratory Medicine experience
- Government-issued driver’s license required
- Fluent in both French and English
