- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and inventory tracking while ensuring accuracy in all financial processes.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and boost store visibility within the community.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and training programs to support team growth and development.
- Maintain organized records of sales reports, bookkeeping entries, and administrative documentation with precision.




- Foster positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and personalized service.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, store cleanliness standards, and organizational policies at all times.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management roles.
- Solid background in merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, sales management, and team leadership.
- Experience with payroll processing, budget control, and administrative tasks.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail marketing techniques.
- Prior experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, and conducting staff training sessions.
