Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to create a positive shopping atmosphere
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cashing out customers swiftly while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations
- Assist customers with product inquiries, including product demos and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage phone etiquette when assisting remote or phone-in customers with questions or orders




- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and organizing products on the sales floor

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles with strong technical sales skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers confidently
- Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy shifts
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing
- Knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures is essential
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and patience in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products through effective product demos and persuasive communication
- Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages is a plus for serving diverse clientele
