Duties and Responsibilities

As a Studio Associate, your duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Operating the Point of Sale (POS) system and processing customer payments accurately;

· Assisting customers with pottery painting and studio activities;

· Providing friendly, professional customer service;

· Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the studio;

· Cleaning tables, workstations, customer areas, washrooms, and other assigned areas;

· Assisting with opening and closing procedures;

· Restocking supplies and assisting with inventory;

· Assisting with parties, camps, workshops, and events;

· Following cash-handling and POS procedures; and

· Performing other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Future Training





Subject to successful training and management approval, you may receive training in glazing procedures, kiln preparation, kiln loading and unloading, studio production procedures, and other operational duties.

Your hours of work will be scheduled based on the operational needs of the business. Your schedule may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, general holidays where operationally required and permitted by law, and special events, parties, camps, and workshops.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
