We are seeking a hands-on, service-driven Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential community. As a live-in team member, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensure the integrity and upkeep of the property, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Salary: $37,000 per year plus an apartment as a taxable benefit

What you'll get to do:

- Act as the primary contact for residents—addressing inquiries, concerns, and emergencies professionally.
- Support leasing by handling inquiries, showing suites, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins/outs.
- Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and inspections; perform light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial).
- Liaise with contractors, manage work orders, and ensure all building systems are running smoothly.
- Maintain safety protocols, conduct routine inspections, and support seasonal maintenance (e.g., snow removal, gardening).
- Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Who you are:

- Prior experience as a Building Representative an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Skilled with excellent communication and customer service skills




- Ability to prioritize tasks, strong follow up skills with the ability to deal with confidentiality and sensitive issues
- Intermediate computer skills
- Reliable, dependable and respectful
- Ability to work long hours and under pressure
- A valid driver’s license may be required, especially if driving is necessary to carry out maintenance or other duties related to building operations at assigned properties
