Empower individuals with developmental disabilities as a Residential Counsellor within the Lawson Ministries framework. Focus on personalized care and life skills development in a nurturing environment. This role requires a compassionate individual to assist Service Users in their daily lives, helping them achieve personal goals and improve their quality of living.

You will take charge of planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized programs while ensuring that both physical and emotional needs are met. Solid documentation and teamwork skills are essential for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized rehabilitation plans for Service Users
- Ensure residents' basic needs are met consistently
- Record daily shift reports accurately
- Coordinate and dispense medication as required
- Facilitate transportation for outings and appointments Requirements:
- Completed accredited Diploma in Human Services or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field
- First Aid and CPR certification needed
- Non-violent physical crisis intervention certification required
