The Shop & Operations Support team member plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop and office. This position provides administrative, customer service, and operational support to technicians, management, and customers while helping maintain an organized and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities• Assist with entering and maintaining technician notes and job information

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries professionally
- Scan, organize, and upload documents into company systems
- Prepare and complete bank deposits
- Update inventory records and maintain databases
- Order and monitor shop and office supplies, including paper products, coffee, snacks, uniforms, laundry supplies, and cleaning products
- Provide customer shuttle services as required
- Run business-related errands and support daily operational needs




- Collect and record vehicle identification numbers (VINs)
- Perform light vehicle detailing and general vehicle presentation tasks
- Assist with miscellaneous shop and office duties as assigned
