Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and artistry

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as slicing fish, vegetables, and preparing rice
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and storage spaces
- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing meal preparation tasks
- Ensure all food service standards are met for presentation, taste, and safety
Experience
- Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Knowledge of sushi-making techniques, knife skills, and ingredient handling is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen environment
- Experience with meal preparation in a rapid-paced setting demonstrates ability to work efficiently under pressure
