About the Role

Freshgo Distribution Ltd. is the warehouse and distribution hub for a multi-location grocery retail group operating across Markham, Brampton, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, and Scarborough. We're looking for a Systems Administrator to maintain our warehouse and retail systems, ensure data integrity across our operations, and provide hands-on technical support to our warehouse and store teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily data integrity within the Fishbowl WMS across warehouse operations, including item, inventory, and location records
- Act as first-line support for Fishbowl WMS and QuickBooks, diagnosing and resolving day-to-day system issues
- Train warehouse staff on Fishbowl WMS workflows; author and maintain the Warehouse Admin SOP and related training materials
- Maintain the LBOSS POS system and electronic shelf label (ESL) system across store locations; serve as primary liaison with POS and ESL vendors on support and system changes
- Provide in office technical support at grocery store locations to resolve computer system, POS, and payment system issues as they arise
- Coordinate with external service providers to troubleshoot and resolve networking and connectivity issues across locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with in-store weighing/scale systems (Digi)
- Partner with buyers on product data setup and facilitate buyer–vendor communication
- Resolve ad-hoc operational issues and deliver administrative/systems projects as assigned by ownership

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support,



or a related technical role
- Experience with warehouse management systems (Fishbowl WMS or similar) strongly preferred
- Experience with POS systems and electronic shelf label (ESL) systems an asset
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting/data systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting hardware, networking, and vendor-supported systems (POS, scale systems, connectivity)
- Strong documentation skills (SOP writing, training materials)
- Comfortable traveling to store locations across the GTA as needed; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders
