We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant On Call professionals to join our dynamic educational team. As a Teaching Assistant On Call, you will have the opportunity to inspire students across various grade levels (Kindergarten to grade 12) by providing versatile, high-quality assistance to students in a variety of classroom settings. You will play a vital role in maintaining a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere, ensuring that each student receives the attention and guidance they need to succeed.

Duties

- Adapt methods and materials to meet diverse student needs, including those with disabilities or requiring additional support
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation, respect, and collaboration among students
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a safe and inclusive space for all learners




- Implement individualized education plan (IEPs) directives for students with special needs
- Support students’ social-emotional development through nurturing interactions and appropriate guidance

Qualifications

- A diploma or other certification in Educational Assistance or a related field
- Classroom experience in early childhood education or K-12 environments preferred
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations for students with disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
