Job Summary

As a Team Member, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging experience for our guests. You will work in different areas of the park, including guest services, attractions, courts, birthday parties, and general facility operations.

This is an active role that requires you to be on your feet, interact with guests, enforce safety rules, and work closely with the rest of the team.

Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Must be comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Able to stand, walk, move, and remain active for extended periods
- Comfortable working with children, teenagers, and families
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Must be comfortable working as part of a team

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, skilled customer service
- Check guests in and assist with questions and general inquiries
- Supervise guests and ensure all safety rules are followed
- Operate and monitor attractions according to company procedures
- Enforce park rules in a professional and respectful manner




- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
- Use the POS system and assist with guest purchases
- Assist with birthday parties and group events
- Keep the facility, party rooms, and guest areas clean and organized
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Support different areas of the park based on operational needs
- Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or guest incidents to supervisors
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the shift

Preferred Skills & Experience The following are considered strong assets:
- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Cash-handling and POS experience
- Experience working with children or youth
- Background in sports, recreation, fitness, or childcare
- Experience working in a trampoline park, indoor entertainment facility, or similar environment
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Athletic or sports-minded background

Previous experience is not required for the right candidate. On-the-job training will be provided.
