Canadian-owned, 20 years in business, 4.9 stars — and growing.
We are looking for a Team Supervisor to be the heartbeat of our cleaning operation: the person who trains our people, keeps our quality the best in the region, and makes sure every new customer starts off right.
This is a people-first, hands-on role with real room to grow. If you like building people up, you thrive on a busy morning, and you can roll with last-minute changes without losing your smile, keep reading.
WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Morning at the office (about 7:30 to 9:30): greet everyone and run the team huddle, fold the laundry, and clean and restock the supply buckets so every team goes out fully equipped.
Midday in the field (about 9:30 to 2:00): train new hires in real homes, run quality checks and hands-on retraining with the teams, and attend every first-time clean to assess the home and meet the customer.
End of day: a quick debrief with the owner, by phone or in person.
Hours flex a little with the teams' schedules — some days start earlier or run later than others.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Training new hires from start to finish. You take someone from their first
day to fully confident, coaching their pace and their technique so they succeed instead of sinking. This is the most important thing you do.
- Quality inspections and hands-on retraining across all teams, including
showing people how it is done by doing it yourself.
- Every first-time clean, so each new customer starts with the right team
set-up and a real relationship.
- Running the morning huddle and keeping the teams communicating.
- Keeping buckets stocked and laundry folded.
- Supporting a positive team culture, and being the owner's eyes and ears
in the field. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- High energy and a self-starter. You see what needs doing and you do it.
- Tough skin and genuine compassion, both. You can hold a standard and build
someone up at the same time. Plenty of people can do one; we need both.
- Reliable. Your team can count on you every single day.
- Unflappable. Someone calls off, a schedule shifts, a customer changes
their mind, and you roll with it.
- A background in team sports or another demanding team environment is a real
plus. You know how to work with people you do not always agree with, and how to push through a hard day. PLEASE BE SURE OF THESE BEFORE YOU APPLY
- You will clean homes yourself. The focus is training and quality, but you
will be on your knees in a bathroom retraining by example, and stepping in to cover when we are short. If that is not for you, this is not the role.
- Valid driver's licence, and comfortable driving a company vehicle including
on the highway. You are on the road every day.
- You can be at our Hamilton office by 7:30 AM every day, with your own
transportation. Most of our team is in Hamilton — if you are further out,
the daily drive has to work for you year-round.
- Comfortable with the physical side of the work. You are moving all day.
WHERE THIS ROLE GOES It starts at around 30 hours because we want you focused on the highest-value work — training and quality — rather than filling a day. As you prove yourself, the role expands into full Team Supervisor responsibilities and full-time hours: coordinating daily coverage, more authority on the floor,
and a bigger hand in how we run. We are actively growing our number of teams,
and this seat grows with it. For the right person, we will move faster.
HOW HIRING WORKS
1. A conversation about the role, your experience, and what you are looking
for. No pressure.
1. A formal interview with the owner.
We will ask you real scenarios: how you
would coach someone who is struggling, how you earn people's respect, how you handle a day that falls apart.
1. A day with a team, so you can see the work honestly and we can see you
with people.
1. References, then an offer.
We are aiming to have the right person starting in early to mid October.

Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
