Subex is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team! If you're passionate about telecom technology and have strong technical chops, this could be your next big move.

What we're looking for:

✅ Robust knowledge of Unix and SQL — able to write shell scripts and SQL queries

✅ Strong knowledge of Service Management, ticketing tools, and knowledge management systems

✅ Working knowledge of Linux, Postgres/Oracle, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/GCP)

✅ Excellent, customer-focused communication skills

✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience

✅ 5+ years of relevant experience

✅ Hands-on experience with telecom software — fraud management, revenue assurance,



network asset management, billing & partner settlement, or route optimization
