We expect every Telecommunications Sales Team Member to:

- Visit assigned territory areas to introduce customers to wireless products and services.
- Answer questions and provide information to help customers make informed choices.
- Explain mobile devices, data plans, and available promotions clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers through the enrollment process accurately and efficiently.




- Offer additional features or accessories when appropriate.
- Stay informed about wireless products, services, and technology trends.
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate daily sales goals and strategies.
