Role Description This full-time remote Territory Manager TBR – Ontario role is responsible for managing and growing commercial tire sales within an assigned territory in Ontario including fleets.

The Territory

Manager will develop and execute territory business plans, build and maintain relationships with dealers and fleet customers, and promote Hankook Tire’s TBR product portfolio. Daily activities include visiting customers, conducting product presentations, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and identifying recent business opportunities. The role also involves coordinating sales operations, supporting customers with order management and inventory planning, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and performance metrics, and to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to meet or exceed sales objectives.




- Excellent Communication skills to present product value, negotiate agreements, and collaborate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service capabilities to build long-term relationships, resolve issues promptly, and provide consultative support to dealers and fleets.
- Experience in Sales Operations such as account management, order processing, and coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Previous field sales or territory management experience in automotive, tire, or related industries preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage travel within the territory, and organize schedules efficiently.
- Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to track activities and report results.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
