Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within an assigned geographic territory. In this role, the individual builds and maintains relationships with foodservice operators, distributors, and key decision-makers, promoting client brands and solutions that match customer needs.
Day-to-day activities include prospecting new business, conducting virtual and in-person meetings, presenting product offerings, negotiating agreements, and executing territory sales plans.

Manager collaborates with internal teams to align on marketing initiatives, provides training and support to distributor partners,
and uses data and reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities. This position requires frequent communication with stakeholders, regular territory reviews, and consistent follow-up to ensure exceptional service and sustained revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, build trust, and resolve issues effectively.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including territory planning, pipeline development, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Training, particularly in educating distributor teams and operators on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time and priorities, and travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Familiarity with the foodservice or consumer packaged goods industry is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, email platforms).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
