- Deliver patient-centred medical services in a community setting
- Conduct assessments, treatments, and health screenings
- Collaborate with teams to create care plans
- Document patient interactions and care in EMR systems
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities Requirements:
- MD degree and current CPSO registration
- 3-5 years of experience in a primary care workplace
- Certification in Family Medicine desired
- Proficient in electronic medical records systems
