Duties

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires and wheels to identify damage or wear that requires attention
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to tire service, including valve replacements and TPMS Services
- Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance recommendations, and answer questions about vehicle care
- Use heavy lifting techniques to handle tires safely and efficiently during service procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met at all times




- Keep detailed records of services performed and communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems, tires, and basic repairs is essential
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and tire-changing equipment is a strong plus
- Customer service experience demonstrating transparent communication and professionalism
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling tires or related equipment
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and sales processes is advantageous
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and maintaining high standards of quality work
