Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, to accurately process customer transactions and handle cash or card payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.




- Follow all food handling procedures, safety protocols, and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
