Duties

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle inspections to ensure optimal engine performance
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance tasks accurately and safely
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and communicate findings to the service team
- Assist customers with basic questions about their vehicle’s maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids in accordance with environmental regulations




- Support the sales team by explaining service options and promoting additional maintenance services when appropriate

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely on a regular basis during tire installations or maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication abilities
- Familiarity with automotive systems, tire technology, and basic vehicle maintenance procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of sales principles related to automotive services is a plus
