Danny Murphy founded D.P. Murphy Group of Companies in 1980 with the opening of two Tim Hortons restaurants and has grown the company exponentially to include several restaurant and hotel brands.

Responsibilities:

- Manage productivity, including setting staff performance goals and objectives
- Controlling food & paper costs through training
- Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
- Resolving Guest issues, as well as working with your team to minimize issues
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Training new Team Members
- Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in place
- Coach & discipline Team Members as needed
- Be a leader and lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and procedures
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example
- Opening and closing facility
- Financial responsibilities, such as reconciling the till and making deposits

Pay to be negotiated based on previous experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
