We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves performing routine oil changes and maintenance services, ensuring that vehicles are operating efficiently and safely.

The Lube

Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to support our customers' automotive needs.

Duties

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with minor automotive repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area,



adhering to safety protocols.
- Support sales efforts by recommending additional services or products to customers.
- Lift heavy equipment or parts as required during service tasks.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a dealership or mechanic environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Experience in automotive repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
- Valid drivers license

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
